Poisonous Snakes of the World cursive

This is a fun way for kids to learn about several of the world’s poisonous species of snake while practicing their cursive handwriting skills.
Each page in this tiny 6-page worksheet packet features a title and a brief few sentences describing one species of poisonous snake.  There is a picture or drawing of the species, and plenty of dotted handwriting lines upon which to transcribe the paragraph.

Species included in this free cursive packet are:

  • coral snake (North America)
  • diamondback rattlesnake (North America)
  • common adder (Britain & elsewhere)

      Are you trying to print the picture, or are you clicking the link to open up the actual PDF? Pictures will definitely print “too small”. 🙂

    This is great practice! Any way to change the title to “venomous” snakes? Some snakes have venom, they are not poisonous for other animals to eat 🙂
