My son informed me that he was never taught how to write cursive handwriting, so
I downloaded these worksheets and they are a great tool to help him 🙂

I am glad they have made a difference to you and your son. I find that even if they do not learn cursive formally, they still really need to know how to READ it — and that is best accomplished by writing it. 😉

Thanks so much! My daughter is very interested in writing cursive……they do not teach it in school and she is going into the 5th grade! We are homeschooling her in the fall and I can’t wait to introduce things like this in her curriculum!

My daughter is entering the 4th grade and it shocked me that public school is doing away with cursive….along with other subjects. I went on pinterest and found you right away. Thank you soooo much for your “free” printouts. I’m a single mom, just graduated myself and am soooo happy to find these so I can start teaching her what the public school system fails to teach. P.S. We are starting Latin in the next month. Do you know of any “free” web sites I can check out? Thanks again!!!

    • mirror_eyes says:

Hi, Ruby. I’m glad you are finding these helpful! Not sure about any Latin sites, but I wish you luck on your learning journey! 😀

My 16 year old daughter is a great student, but like many of her generation, her keyboard skills are better than her writing. She mentioned she was not happy with her writing, and I found your website. Thanks for generously sharing these excellent worksheets!

thanks for creating these! excited to print some out for my daughter. she’s dyslexic and just discovered cursive. It seems to really click for her and make handwriting so much smoother and easier somehow. she has been asking me to write her out sentences to copy at home. Printing these out is so much better – thank you!

When ever i write a note to my sons they told me they don’t understand cursive hand writing so i download these to teach them to write in cursive.

    • mirror_eyes says:

That’s awesome, Lorraine. That’s why I make these sheets free, and as colorful and fun as possible — because cursive is a dying art… 🙂

Thank you so much for putting together these work sheets. My son needs to learn how to write cursive and these make my life so much easier. The text is very informative and can serve as geography lessons as well. I will spread the word about this great website.
